School Day Closure Policy (Monday – Thursday)

All non-church member activities are to be cancelled when an inclement weather-related school closure is enacted.

All scheduled church member activities are cancelled unless the church leader for the activity deems it safe and contacts attendees that the activity will be held.

In addition, access to the church email system must be accessible at the site chosen to perform work duties and email messages must be checked hourly.

Hourly staff also have the option to claim a vacation day for church closure days.
